Are you wondering if Jack in the Box considers conversions when searching for franchise real estate?

Many people think of a franchise as only an opportunity for a ground-up build, but Jack in the Box is here to change that perception.

In this article and video, we'll take a look at our site requirements and the types of locations we look for.

Jack in the Box Conversion Opportunities

While we do look for ground-up builds, that's not our only focus. We're also looking for unconventional spaces and are open to conversions.

For example, the brand-new-looking Jack in the Box featured in the video above was once another quick-service restaurant (QSR). We took the space and converted it into one of our "CRAVED" brand image restaurants, complete with the signature red, purple, and gray colors.

Looking at the finished product, you would never guess that it was a conversion.
